At bedplays.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note the following conditions:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Defects: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us immediately. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed. However, you can update the shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making the payment. Contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.
Color Variations: Minor color variations may occur due to lighting conditions, display settings, or other factors. We cannot issue refunds for color differences unless the item is significantly different from the product description or images.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
